Purchasing Meld Forums gives you immediate access to the community "support forums" area, which includes several forums for general help, themes and customization. Support responses are typically within one business day, though we will try our best to get to them as soon as possible. Support is for Meld Forums and Meld products in general; any issues that are specifically Mura related should be directed to their support area.
We also offer several enhanced support options, a Premium Support package and a Developer Support option.
Why Premium Support?
We have separated these options from the base product price in an effort to keep the overall purchase price of Meld Forums as low as possible. The most significant cost in developing retail software is in the support side, soto balance this between the purchases who don't need active and timely support against those who do, we have created these options.
This isn't to say that there is no support for those who do not purchase these options; far from it (we want everybody to be happy). It simply means that if you have a need for a more immediate level of support, that option is available.
Premium Support ($495.00/year)
Premium Support is a yearly subscription that gives you access not only to the premium support forums, but also an individual Email address for support issues. Support requests from these accounts are treated as priority over regular support requests, and will typically be responded to (if not resolved) the same business day.

Developer Support ($995.00/year)
Developer Support is a yearly subscription for developers who want to enhance or extend Meld Forums to better suit their needs, and need active help in resolving code issues. We will examine code, make recommendations, supply advance information on upcoming changes that might affect their decisions, and suggest changes that will make both their current and future work more compatible.
Developer support is priced per seat.
