Meld Forums Website Launch
Okay, we're there ... almost!
Meld Forums is undergoing its final round of testing and evaluation, with a scheduled launch date of November ##, 2009.
And yes I realize there is no actual date there ... we are still completing the last few deployment stages of Meld Forums (i.e. the online store and the website's support area). So there's that, and also that even the least superstitious person would recommend against launching Meld Forums on Friday the 13th.
It's been a longer road than we planned to get Meld Forums out there, for sure. What started out as a small side-project grew quickly, and the mechanics of the launch (online store, website, support docs, etc. etc.) have taken as long as building the Mura plugin ... never mind all of the testing and evaluation!
The good news is that we are now very close. To prove it, you can visit our Meld Forums forum yourself.
The official product launch (in other words, the answer to the question "when can I get a copy?") will be within the next week or two. In the meantime, feel free to use our forums to discover it for yourself, and to ask us any questions.

Now, we didn't specify a year ...
Seriously, though, we've just been getting hammered with "need it by the end of the year even though we won't look at it until Feb." client work right now. We're just finishing up the actual online purchase code; Forums itself is complete and ready to go. We'll really try and get this available within the next week.

Waiting on pricing, want to include it in some budget planning for CMS decision-making.

I'd appreciate pricing, too. I'm about to launch a site on the promise that Meld will be awesome and very reasonably priced - I'd like to put a number on "reasonable" for them as soon as possible.
