A few (well, okay, a *lot*) of people have been asking: "where are you with the Meld Forums launch?"

The update is: we're finally close to completing the online store so that you can actually get your hands on Meld Forums.  As mentioned in our previous blog, delays due to client work in our parent company (Clever Technology) put us behind schedule, so integrating the actual storefront into the site has been postponed several times.

That work is now finally complete but for a few bits and bolts (including integrating the PayPal system, who's testing environment so far has proved less than co-operative).  Once we have PayPal sorted, Meld Forums will finally be available for purchase.

The introductory pricing information is also now posted on the purchase » pricing page, but for quick reference I'll put it here as well:

Individual License: $195.00 U.S.
Studio License: $595.00 U.S.

Those licenses are explained in the purchase area in detail.

Sorry for any inconvenience the delays have caused.  Some significant readjustments in the way we will be operating from now on (i.e. resources are no longer going to be shared between our new company, Meld Solutions Inc., and Clever Technology) should mean that these issues don't happen again.

Also, you can look forward to three new products coming out soon, two in fairly quick succession and one (which Mura CMS users have been anxiously waiting for) a little later on.  Look for those announcements once Meld Forums is available in our online store.
